Due to the nature of food products, returns are generally not accepted once the order has been delivered. However, if you receive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect products, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper photos and order details.
Eligible refund or replacement requests will be reviewed and processed after verification.
Refunds, if approved, will be credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Orders cancelled before dispatch may be eligible for a refund. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
